How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, open the cart, and continue to checkout. You can check out as a guest when guest checkout is enabled, or create an account to save addresses and view your order history.

Which payment methods are available?

Online ordering is being set up. Payment methods will be shown at checkout once they are available.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders.

How can I track my order?

Open the Track Order page and enter your order number together with the email address or mobile number used on the order. Logged-in customers can also see every order under My Account.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order from My Account while payment is still pending. If an order is already paid, please contact us so we can help.

Do I need a prescription?

Whether a product requires a prescription is shown on its product page.
